Early Summer Mini Session

Like a produce CSA for fresh fruit and vegetables, the flowers you will receive in your subscription are what we currently have blooming abundantly on the farm. Due to the seasonal nature of our product, we are unable to honor requests for specific flowers, and instead invite you to delight in beauty that evolves and brings joyful surprise each week.

Refunds are availabile only in case of non-delivery. In the rare event of non-delivery due to an emergency, every effort will be taken to notify subscription customers in advance of scheduled pick-up.

Flowers are a delicate and perishable product. Bleeding Heart Flower Farm takes great care to harvest and condition blooms for maximum customer enjoyment. However, we can make no guarantee on vase life since it depends on many variables outside our control: flower type, customer's display environment, and post-delivery care. 

You can prolong the beauty of your bouquet by:

Displaying it in an indoor location without temperature, humidity, light or wind extremes.

Re-cutting the stems and place your flowers in fresh water every few days

Conditioning the water with a flower food packet or a homemade solution, i.e. 1) a biocide to prevent bacteria, such as a drop or two of bleach, and 2) a food source, such as a pinch or two of sugar.

Some flowers like sweet peas, dinnerplate dahlias, and cosmos are unlikely to last a full week, but are included in subscriptions for their irreplacable beauty.
